MASS Certification – MASS certification is an extension of the CASS system.  It is a process designed for certification for multiline optical character readers, remote video encoding, and encoding stations utilized by the United States Postal Service.  Dispatch is MASS certified.

PAVE – The PAVE program is a process to evaluate presort software to determine its accuracy in sorting address files according to postal standards.  Dispatch utilizes only PAVE certified software.

NCOA – Over 40 million Americans change their address annually which creates formidable obstacles in maintaining a high-quality mailing list.  A stale mailing list costs both time and money, Dispatch utilizes an instant, on-line National Change of Address service that identifies incorrect addresses and changes them to correct addresses to help reduce undeliverable mail pieces before the mail enters the mail stream.  To close the loop, Dispatch can identify these new mail addresses and update your database to keep it current.  Dispatch automatically utilizes this NCOA service on ALL first class pre-sort mailing projects.

DMM – The "Domestic Mail Manual" is a large multi volume set of rules and regulations regarding the processing of mail by the United States Post Office.  By referencing the DMM postal personnel will determine if your mail will qualify for a postal discount, how much of a discount it will receive or, possibly, if it will incur a penalty.  Dispatch keeps up to date with these ever changing specifications.  By working closely with postal representatives we have been able to head off a number of expensive missteps before they took place.
